Service Agreement
By accessing and using Stewart & Co services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our mentorship programs provide educational content and guidance on cryptocurrency investment strategies. Participation requires completion of an application process and, if accepted, payment of applicable program fees.
Educational Purpose
All content, guidance, and mentorship provided by Stewart & Co is strictly for educational and informational purposes. We do not provide financial product advice, and nothing we share should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any specific cryptocurrency or financial instrument.
User Responsibilities
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency investing carries significant risk and that you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You agree to conduct your own due diligence and consult with licensed financial advisors before making any investment decisions. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Stewart & Co, its founder Coen Stewart, and associated parties are not liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from your investment decisions. Past performance discussed in our programs does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable.
Payment and Refunds
Program fees are due at the time of enrollment. Consultation fees are paid at the time of booking. Refund policies vary by program tier and will be clearly communicated during the application process. Generally, fees for delivered services are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, analysis, and educational materials provided through Stewart & Co programs are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without explicit written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your participation in accordance with the specific terms of your program tier.
